1. Classic Latte
- 1 teaspoon (2 grams) of matcha/hojicha powder
- 40ml of water (80°C)
- 100ml of your choice of milk
- Sweetener of your choice (optional)
Instructions: Whisk the matcha/hojicha powder into the 40ml of 80°C water until fully dissolved. Add the milk and sweetener, then stir or froth for a creamy, smooth finish.
2. Rich Latte
- 1.5 teaspoons (3 grams) of matcha/hojicha powder
- 40ml of water (80°C)
- 60ml of your choice of milk
- Sweetener of your choice (optional)
Instructions: Whisk the matcha/hojicha into the 40ml of hot water, ensuring there are no clumps. Add the milk and sweetener, stirring or frothing to create a velvety drink.
3. Bold Latte
- 2 teaspoons (4 grams) of matcha/hojicha powder
- 30ml of water (80°C)
- 80ml of your choice of milk
- Sweetener of your choice (optional)
Instructions: Whisk the matcha/hojicha into the 30ml of 80°C water until smooth and frothy. Pour in the milk and sweetener, stirring to combine for a bold, flavourful experience.
